Hold Harmless Agreement – (if you haven’t sent in your COI)
Find your site number and location on the map.
Entrance is between 7 and 9am to the park is specific to Space Number.
- Enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE of the park. You’ll be directed to your space, SOME FOOD TRUCK VENDORS WILL COME IN LAUREL ST (spots T1-T3)
- Dedicated crews will direct you & assist with unloading & tent set up
- Park out of the flow of traffic do others can pass & get to their spots
- Unload swiftly – we’ll help you! Be set up & ready to go by 11:30am
- Park your vehicle in the designated parking area as soon as possible
- Each vendor receives one (1) complimentary ticket. After setup, a vendor coordinator will come to your booth to give your complimentary glass, wristband (ID check for wristband holder) and if applicable, give you wine check tickets. Additional vendor helpers can purchase an event tasting ticket with a blue ticket (given by a vendor coordinator) at a discounted price of $30. To purchase first go through ID check then cash/credit card with your blue ticket at the registration tent. Up to three additional wristbands can be purchased at a special vendor discount at $30. You must be 21 to receive wristband & show ID.
- All vendors are expected to remain until 5:30pm before loading out
- Please dispose of waste in a garbage can
- Kindly wipe down any tables we provided, so they can be picked up
All Vendors except Food Trucks should enter the east side of Kutztown Park from Main Street one block west of S. Kemp Street. A map showing street locations is attached.
Food Trucks should enter the park from Main Street by turning on S Laurel Street, taking a left a Grimley Street, left at Park Alley and then right into the Kutztown Park. A map showing street locations is attached.
Vendor Entrance Signs and Vendor Check In staff will help check you in, guide you to your space and help unload your vehicle.

Wine/Spirits/Beer – Please remember that we require a 2-bottle minimum for the wine check runners. The last pickup for wine check from your booth will start at around 4:30pm. You will be notified that it is the last pickup. Also, please do not serve visibly intoxicated patrons.
